Jett grrl is a relatively unique concept in the bicycle industry. We are a one person bike shop, operating that way by choice. We GUARANTEE that the work you have done here is THE highest quality work possible. We take great pride in what we do, and are committed to doing the most Comprehensive – and Flawless repairs, the most Meticulous bike builds, and the most Perfect hand-built wheels you will find anywhere. That is what you deserve. That is what we require. We can promise that any work you have done will leave here right the first time. You will not have to come back to get things fixed – or tweaked – after you just paid for it. And on the rare occasion that we do make a mistake, we take full responsibility for it, apologize profusely, and fix it immediately! We are a Professional shop, and operate as such.

We strive to build relationships w/ people. We want you to know the person who is building you the bike of your dreams, and we want you to have full confidence that it is the perfect bike for you and was built by a master mechanic – and an anal retentive perfectionist… LOL! We could hire help, but we have never found quite the right fit. We pride ourselves on the QUALITY of work we do here. if you have heard it is worth the small inconvenience, it is :O)

We are open by appointment Tues – Thurs. We are open to the public for retail sales Friday afternoon and Saturday. That does NOT mean we work a 9 hour week, as many people like to tease us about :O) As a one person shop, we need to be closed to actually get work done – tune-ups, bike and wheel builds, not to mention paperwork, placing orders, unpacking boxes, and cleanup – all have to happen sometime! We work at least 60 hours a week… a one person, full-on retail bike shop is just not feasible. So we have made some changes to try to make it more manageable. We know it is not a perfect system, but we are trying our best to accommodate everyone’s needs, including our own :O)
